Team background: Gary Petersen, a lifetime resident of the Twin Cities, began his real estate career as a custom home builder in 1976 before moving to residential sales in 1979, quickly achieving high levels of success. In 1982 he was asked to be one of the founding members of Coldwell Banker Burnet's Distinctive Homes Division which has become the Twin Cities' top group of agents geared toward the Upper Bracket real estate market. Since 1997, he has been in the President's Club of Coldwell Banker Burnet - the top brokerage in the Twin Cities. Through the years, he has worked very hard to maintain this high level of personal service - and life-long friendships have followed.
We office at the Lake Minnetonka area’s #1 real estate office, Coldwell Banker Burnet, Wayzata and also resides in downtown Wayzata - with the core of his business in the Lake Minnetonka area. Other team members include: Ian Petersen, Gary's son, as the team marketing director and as a sales associate with an extensive urban housing background. Dianna Kestner, as a sales associate specializing in the outlying western suburbs as well as greater Minnesota and northern Wisconsin. Lauren Wyman, as a sales associate with a strong focus on the Lake Minnetonka area.
