Ian followed Gary into the real estate business after a short exploration of a career as a builder while working with a top-tier builder in Colorado’s Vail Valley. A former Orono and Lake Minnetonka resident, currently living with his wife and daughter in Downtown Minneapolis, he has been able to combine his unique, first hand knowledge of the Minneapolis market with that of the Lake Minnetonka area to give our clients a broad understanding of their choices in our local real estate market. Besides his focus on single family homes, Ian spent a couple years working with a top team on new condo developments; ultimately learning how to help his clients decide what their best options are when it comes to condos and town homes. Ian is also our marketing coordinator; always looking for interesting and effective new ways to expand the awareness level of your home. He has been a lifetime Twin Cities resident with stints in Vancouver, Fargo/Moorhead, Colorado Springs and Edwards, CO as well as S'Hertogenbosch, Holland. He was fortunate enough to have played hockey at Bloomington Jefferson High School and Colorado College where he graduated in 2000 with a degree in Art History.
