Team background: Gary Petersen, a lifetime resident of the Twin Cities, leads the partnership. Gary began his real estate career as a custom home builder & developer in 1976 before moving to residential sales in 1981, quickly achieving high levels of success. In 1982 he was asked to be one of the founding members of Coldwell Banker Burnet's Distinctive Homes Division which has become the Twin Cities' top group of Upper Bracket Realtors. Since 1993, he has been in the President's Club of Coldwell Banker Burnet - the top brokerage in the Twin Cities. Through the years, he has worked very hard to maintain this high level of personal service - and life-long friendships have followed.
